Domestic Shipping

Wander and Wick is proud to offer free shipping within the United States on all unframed prints. Candles and other non-print items ship at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping

For unframed prints, we offer flat-rate global shipping based on your location:

Canada – $30 USD

Europe – $45 USD

Asia – $50 USD

Oceania (including Australia and New Zealand) – $60 USD

These rates apply to the first unframed print in your order. Each additional print will incur a small extra fee, calculated at checkout.

For candles and other non-print items, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please Note: Additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping rate and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before making your purchase.

We take great care in packaging your items for safe delivery. However, in the rare instance that your purchase is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, we are committed to making it right. Please notify us with clear photo evidence of the damage within 14 days of the delivery date. Upon verification, we will happily provide a no-cost replacement.
